The #625 1/2 Fineness of Grind Gage is part of a group of gages that are popular in foreign usage because of large size and micron calibration; this group includes the shallowest standard gage which is 12-1/2 microns, total range. These gages are available in Stainless Steel 440-C, Chrome Plated Tool Steel and Tool Steel. Comes with a wooden box and a 440-C A-1 Scraper.
