Bird Style Applicator

Precision Gage & Tool Bird-Style Applicators are made from a single piece of hardened Stainless Steel 440-C.  Long Form Certification is included free  ($150.00 value). Note that Bird-Style Applicators are marked to 1/2 of the actual gap clearance. Bird style applicators are marked with the theoretical wet film thickness and the actual clearance is twice that of the wet film mark. (example: a 3 Mil Bird-Style Applicator has a gap cut of 6 Mil). All other applicators are calibrated to actual gap cut/clearance.  Please double check your path width and theoretical wet film thickness. Film thickness deposited will vary depending upon the product being applied. Important: This item is not in stock. Please allow approximately 6 weeks before delivery.
